2. Design, quotatation and documentation
Our team of designers have a wealth of knowledge and experience in local council requirements and offer innovative design solutions to maximise the potential of your land. Once you are happy with the plans we provide an upfront and accurate costing of the house designs along with a comprehensive assessment of any other site-related costs that you may need to account for.
We also offer advice on demolition of any existing structures and coordinate the entire process from start to finish.
3. Planning / Building Licence
Once the design and pricing stage has been achieved, the next step involves local council planning and building approvals. Again, apg provide all the supporting documentation to achieve all necessary approvals. Our in-house experts take care of the applications on your behalf and keep you informed every step of the way
4. Finance approval and colour selection process
apg will provide you with all the detailed drawings and contract documentation to take to your lender to help with financing the project. We also have an expert team of finance consultants on hand to guide you and provide advice on the most suitable finance options for your personal situation. A free consultation can be arranged.
During this stage, the material and colour selections are completed in our selection studio with a qualified consultant to help you achieve just the look and style you are after. Every detail is taken care of - from colours and appliances to power point locations and tile selections, nothing is left to chance.
5. Construction
Now that we have the building and finance approvals in place and all colours and materials selected, we are ready to start the job! A designated supervisor will be taking care of every detail during construction while your personal customer service manager keeps you informed regularly with a fortnightly project update.
6. Warranties, guarantees and after sales service
The big day has come and it is time to pick up your keys. Your client service manager will run you through all the warranties and guarantees and explain the care and maintenance of your new home. However, our relationship won't end there as each apg home comes with a six month warranty period and a 10 year structural guarantee which is transferable to any subsequent owners upon sale of the home.
